World Cyber Security Forum (WCSF) is an online forum, which acts as a source of information for professionals, students and teenagers across the world. On 1 st April 2020, WCSF launched Cybercrime Awareness 2020 program, which is a global initiative to support emerging trends in cyber law, cybercrime and cyber security. Through this program we intend to create awareness among citizens, especially students, about the various cyber threats that can affect them and how to protect themselves from cybercrime. Increasing the level of cyber awareness through education and training can be an effective way to encourage the adoption of security tools, which leads to safer use of technology.
The objective of the webinar is to educate people about the importance of Intellectual Property Rights and Information Technology in the digital age.
About the Speaker
Divyanshu Choudhary is an Intellectual Property lawyer based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. He started his legal endeavour with Dr. Ashok Soni, one of the most recognised litigating lawyers in the entire nation when it comes to intellectual property and without an amiss majority of the skills and countrywide exposure could be attributed to him. Under his aegis, he worked tremendously on various high-stake corporate matters both litigation and non-litigation, and hence, the un-paralleled experience of the very same has brought a difference that not even the best of the law schools could offer. He has a diverse experience in handling matters pertaining to all forms of IP i.e., Patents, Designs, Copyright, Trademark and Domain names, et cetera, their infringement, protection, distribution and enforcement to name a few. He had his fair share of experience in IP proceedings the colossal giants like Armani, Louis Vuitton, Hindustan Unilever and Exxon et cetera, the list further continues. Apart from litigation, he has been at the fore front of spreading IP awareness, looking to the dire need of exposure amongst the people of the state of Rajasthan. For the same, he has been working arduously delivering lectures, discourses in aid with Department of Science and Technology, as well as, multifarious other educational institutions.
