About the Speakers

Kainat Singh

Kainat is a final year student at the Army Institute of Law, Mohali. Her interests revolve around questions concerning human rights, intellectual property and media law as can be seen from her participation in moot’s such as the Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition, Oxford Price Media Law Moot Court Competition, Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law Techno-Legal Moot Court on AI and IP, and more. Outside the realm of law, she enjoys glass painting, baking and trying her hand at learning new languages.

Omvir Singh 

Omvir is a final year student at the Army Institute of Law, Mohali. His keen interests revolves around moot points concerning human rights, humanitarian law, international law and media law as can be seen from his participation in moot’s such as the Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition, Oxford Price Media Law Moot Court Competition, Henry Dunant Moot Court Competition, and more. Apart from moots, he has also taken part in competitions such as Louis M. Brown Client Consultation Competition and SIMI-RGNUL Sports and Entertainment Law Negotiation Competition. Beyond the scope of law, he loves playing sports, reading up on diplomacy, and travelling.
