ABOUT THE ADVOCATE
MR. AKSHAY BHAMBRI is an advocate based out of New Delhi. Specializes in matters pertaining to Cyber Law, RERA, A.D.R and In-direct Taxation such as Customs, Excise, Service Tax, COFEPOSA, mainly in Customs. Years possessing expertise in the domain of Cyber law. Academically, Graduated in B.A Political Science (honors) from Delhi University, then went to pursue LLB and Now he holds a Master Degree in Law. He’s a Gold Medalist in Cyber Law and also holds a diploma in Arbitration, conciliation & Mediation with Many Other Certificates in Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology and Space law etc. Till Now he has worked with 3 Different law firms. Now having its own Firm named as A.K Bhambri & Associates in south Delhi.
Currently He is a member of Delhi Bar Council, All India Bar Association, High Court Bar Association and Delhi District Courts Bar Associations as well. Presently, He’s been assisted by two Associate Lawyers. Moreover he is an Editorial Board Member of JLSR Journal.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
To catalyze the holistic and rational thinking faculties among the law-students and to bridge the gap between the legal scholarship, academia, and the professionals, the Mentor stands committed. It is an initiative to motivate and inspire young students on various socio-legal themes and to guide them traverse the righteous path throughout the endeavor of their personal and professional lives.
