About the College:-

KLE College of Law, Kalamboli was established in the year 2016, with the vision of furnishing law aspirants with comprehensive, analytical and practical legal knowledge, in order to produce intellect striving for all round excellence. The college strives to provide a platform to the students to imbibe the pragmatic skills of law. The college provides five years BLS LL.B and three years LL.B Courses. The College also provides Certificate Courses in Cyber Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Human Rights and English Language.

About the Seminar:-

The Seminar intends to focus on challenges which are emerging in our day to day life with the inventions of the science and technology and the changing needs of the society. India is a developing economy and with the passage of every moment we can see changes happening around us. The changes in the law enshrine the duties and responsibilities of the citizens and the government towards each other; it defines the relationship between the state and its subject. The legal system of India reflects the rules of the society. Whenever there is a change in the society, the change in the law also occurs simultaneously. The laws are revised, amended and introduced according to the roles of the people of the nation.

The new patterns of crime need stronger investigation and regulatory mechanism in society. The day to day challenges in the society needs a detailed introspection in the life of the citizens. Through this seminar we intend to discover the arena on which proper legislations are to be enacted and there is a need to critically assess the existing legislative framework. It is the need of hour to introspect the practical challenges that have been encountered while looking into the solutions available in the field of technological advancement. We need to pioneer the contemporary laws on emerging issues. This seminar aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results as well as the challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Law.
